The tiny lines in your logo. The lettering your customer needs to read. A stock sample cannot show you those details. Send a design you know, press it on a blank, and compare the finished print with your file before a paid job is on the line.

A bright screen can make a design look great. Ink on fabric is different.
Hold your printed sample in the light where you work. Check the solid colors, gradients, and fine detail against your file. Then step back and look at the whole shirt. You get to judge the actual print before ordering a full run for your customer. Check it in daylight, too.

Every heat press has its quirks. Start with the supplied time, temperature, pressure, and peel instructions. Learn the process on your own test blank, not while a customer is waiting for you to finish their shirt.

A photo cannot tell you how a print feels. Put your sample on the kind of blank you plan to sell. Pick it up, move it around, and feel the printed area. Judge the fabric and artwork together, so you know whether the result feels right for your job.

Follow the care instructions and wash your test shirt. Check the color, surface, and edges once it dries. See how that first print holds up before you make a stack of shirts for someone else.

Your custom transfer comes with the current DTFSheet sample set and press and peel instructions. You bring the heat press and a blank. Apparel is not included. Compare the sample designs with your own print, then keep the instructions handy through your first application.

A good print is only part of a good order. Try the upload, ordering, packing, and delivery process for yourself. Start with one sample, without a large customer deadline hanging over it. You will have a first order and a finished print to judge. Then decide for yourself.

A design can look right on screen and too small on a shirt. Choose a placement after uploading. Your art fits within its print area without stretching. Press the sample on your blank, then check the size and position from a few steps back.
