Can't get information from customer service via phone

I'm new and trying to figure out serval items with the system. It's frustrating I get several emails per day but can't get a person on the phone to answer a simple question. I'm trying to order some custom hoodies via the website and can't order 3X but they sell 3X as a blank item. Is there somewhere on the site I can order larger sizes?
