Cracking almost always comes down to cheap adhesive powder, inconsistent curing, or low-grade ink. We use a medical-grade hot-melt adhesive film paired with industrial CMYK+W inks, and every batch is cured in climate-controlled conditions. Each order is hand-inspected before it leaves. That is why we guarantee 100+ washes and will reprint free if anything ever cracks.
It is the number one complaint in this industry, and the exact reason we built our process the way we did. We do not outsource production. We do not swap ink suppliers to save margin. Every order goes through the same equipment, same team, same inspection. 2M+ transfers shipped and our reject rate is under 0.5%. Consistency is not a promise here. It is the product.
Orders placed before 1 PM CST ship the same business day with a tracking number in your inbox. After 1 PM, it goes out the next morning. We offer UPS Ground, Second Day Air, and Next Day Air. Most customers receive orders within 2 to 5 business days.
No. Our transfers have a soft hand feel that moves and stretches with the fabric. Customers consistently describe them as feeling like part of the shirt. The adhesive bonds into the fibers, not on top of them, so there is no plastic feel, no stiffness, and no visible edges. Your customers will never know the difference.
Our transfers work on cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends, nylon, denim, canvas, spandex, and leather in both light and dark colors. For polyester and synthetics, press at 280 to 300°F instead of 320°F. We include fabric-specific pressing instructions with every order so you never have to guess.
For most apparel businesses, yes. Owning a printer means managing ink supply, humidity control, printhead clogs, powder consistency, and curing calibration. That is a second job. We handle all of it with industrial equipment and a dedicated production team. Many of our best customers are former printer owners who realized their time was worth more than troubleshooting equipment.
No. Pricing is based only on transfer size. A 12-color photographic gradient costs exactly the same as a single-color logo at the same dimensions. No setup fees. No color upcharges. No surprises on the invoice. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
We reprint it or refund it. Your choice. No multi-step return process, no waiting period, no hoops. Tell us what happened and we fix it the same day. Your brand reputation rides on your transfers, and we take that as seriously as you do.
