Teams, congregations, brands and offices across Dallas each run on a different deadline. Here is how to plan for yours.
Dallas ISD covers most of the city, and parts of Dallas fall in Richardson, Garland, Mesquite, Irving, Carrollton-Farmers Branch and Plano ISDs. Homecoming mums, senior shirts, band hoodies and booster fundraiser tees all land in the fall, and fair week overlaps homecoming. Order a week out for homecoming and by Wednesday for a Friday game.
SMU, UT Dallas, Paul Quinn, Dallas Baptist, UNT Dallas and UT Southwestern add tailgate, Greek life, lab and department runs. A single chapter's 20 shirts and a 300-piece orientation run price the same way: by design and quantity, with breaks at 15, 50, 150 and 250.
Mavericks and Stars at American Airlines Center, Dallas Trinity FC at the Cotton Bowl, and the Cowboys and Rangers in Arlington. A watch party shirt ordered by 1 PM Thursday is at most Dallas addresses on Friday.
Dallas Market Center's Apparel and Accessories markets bring boutique buyers to town. Boutiques, Etsy sellers and pop-ups can print small batches instead of sitting on screen-printed inventory, and buy tax-free with a Texas resale certificate.
VBS, youth camp, mission trips and choir shirts stack up in summer. One gang sheet covers every age group's design, and churches with a Texas exemption certificate order tax-free.
Football season is when Dallas deadlines stack up. The State Fair of Texas takes over Fair Park from late September into mid-October, and Texas and Oklahoma meet at the Cotton Bowl in October. Homecoming usually lands in the same window.
Order homecoming and fair-week shirts at least a week out.
UIL football state championships are played in mid-December at AT&T Stadium in Arlington. Holiday gifts and year-end company parties fill the rest of December.
If your school makes a deep run, order "state bound" shirts the Monday after the semifinal win.
The St. Patrick's Day parade on Lower Greenville, Cinco de Mayo celebrations, spring sports and prom. Senior and graduation shirts spike in April and May.
Lock in your graduation designs by late April.
Juneteenth events, family reunions, VBS and church camp, then back-to-school and two-a-days in August.
Order reunion shirts two weeks early so there's time to proof every name and date.
Most of DFW gets the same Dallas-shop timing.
Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Rowlett, Coppell and Duncanville are covered too. See the full Texas delivery map.
Upload each design, choose a size and a quantity. No layout work. Volume discounts kick in automatically at 15 pieces per design.
Order by size
Put several designs on one sheet, or build it online. The best value when you're mixing left-chest logos, sleeve hits and full backs.
Upload gang sheetFor tumblers, cups and hard goods, handy for booster table merch.
