Pressing
Eight seconds to a finished shirt.

THE ENGINEERING
Built to resist cracking.
Three layers, engineered as one system.
White Ink Base
You've seen it. Three washes and the print starts cracking. That happens when the base layer is rigid and sits on top of the fabric. Our white ink base is designed to flex with the fabric and resist cracking through repeated wear and washing.
Industrial Ink System
You reorder the same design and the colors come back different. We use commercial packaging-grade inks, not desktop printers that shift between batches. Order 1 matches order 50. Every time.
Commercial Hot-Melt Adhesive
If your customer can feel the print, it's the wrong adhesive. Ours bonds into the fiber at 320°F on cotton or 280°F on polyester and blends, and stays soft after curing. Customers say it feels like part of the shirt, not something stuck on top.

A ready-to-press DTF transfer printed on commercial-grade film. You pick the size, upload your design, and we produce it in-house in the USA and ship it nationwide. Press it onto any garment with a heat press (8 seconds at 320°F for cotton or 280°F for polyester and blends) and it's permanently bonded to the fabric. Works on cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, denim, canvas, and 50+ other fabrics. Light or dark colors.
Pocket / Small: 2"x2" to 4"x4": hats, left chest, sleeves
Mid-Size: 5"x5" to 11"x5": youth tees, text-based logos
Full Size: 11"x11" to 12"x17": adult full front or back prints
Gang Sheets: 22"x96": fill a sheet with multiple designs for max savings

Heat press (recommended):

Home iron (works in a pinch):
Highest heat setting. Firm, even pressure. 12 to 15 seconds. Warm peel. No steam.

Cracking often comes down to adhesive, curing, ink, or application conditions. We use a commercial hot-melt adhesive paired with industrial CMYK+W inks, and every batch is cured in climate-controlled conditions. Applied with the recommended press settings, our transfers are designed to stay flexible and resist cracking through repeated wear and washing. Eligible transfer issues may qualify for a reprint or refund under our 60-day policy.

No. Our transfers have a soft hand feel that moves and stretches with the fabric. Customers consistently describe them as feeling like part of the shirt. The adhesive bonds into the fibers, not on top of them, so there is no plastic feel, no stiffness, and no visible edges. Your customers will never know the difference.
Our transfers work on cotton, polyester, poly-cotton blends, nylon, denim, canvas, spandex, and leather in both light and dark colors. Press cotton at 320°F and polyester or blends at 280°F, 8 seconds with firm, even pressure. We include fabric-specific pressing instructions with every order so you never have to guess.
