More than 500 balloons launch over nine days at Balloon Fiesta Park, and every balloon has a pilot and a chase crew. That is one set of matching shirts or jackets per balloon, with the envelope art on the back and sponsor logos up front. Full-color art and every crew name fit on one gang sheet, and a few spares cover late additions.
Kirtland Air Force Base hosts the 377th Air Base Wing, the Nuclear Weapons Center and the 58th Special Operations Wing, and Sandia National Laboratories sits on the base.
